American recording artist WATSON (@theonlywatson) releases his single, “James Brown,” on all major DSPS today via indie-label TRUCOLORS. Produced by PrettyBoyRon, the hip-hop track is Watson’s latest effort - showcasing the range of musical intuitiveness LA’s emerging talent has to offer. With a discography that mixes between Future R&B, Indie-Pop, and Emo-Rap - Watson’s artistry does not stick to one tune. “James Brown” is a bass-bumping party anthem made to blare through even the most exquisite of speakers.

In support of the release of “James Brown,” Watson will be officially partnering with subscription content service OnlyFans to premiere the music video’s uncensored version on March 19th of this year. A portion of the subscription, gift, and merchandise proceeds for “James Brown” through the OnlyFans platform will be donated to the Urban Justice Center's Sex Workers Project. UJC works to protect the Human Rights of Sex Workers, while simultaneously battling the problem of Sex Trafficking. Toronto-based artist ROCHESTER has releeased “Perseverance” off his 2020 album Dreams Don’t Have Deadlines. The music video is a photo album flipping through the highs and lows of the rapper’s life as he gets personal and reflects. It opens with a young ROCHESTER, happy and smiling as he’s being interviewed, followed by footage throughout his career including a flick with Grammy Award-Winning producer Scott Storch. As it continues, ROCHESTER raps “I wish my daughter could walk, she wasn’t stuck in a chair” paired with footage of his young daughter, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at just 6 months old. Throughout the video, there is a message within the song to keep going no matter your situation; persevere. He closes by encouraging the viewers to follow their dreams no matter what.

Johny Holiday is a Swiss DJ and Producer from Basel. Since 1997 he has been part of the Hip Hop crew Brandhärd ( brandhaerd.ch ) and has produced Beats for various Swiss Rap artists (Greis, Chlyklass, Rapreflex, Kalmoo, TripleNine, Abart). After uncountable studio session sitting next to Mr. Fierce, producer of Brandhärd, and assisting him; Johny Holiday decided to start making music by himself. «Coconut Dandy» is Johny's first solo release as a Producer after almost 15 years of being active in the Swiss Hip Hop scene.
