Song Review: “Lady of my Heart” by Ezra Vancil | A Rock Discovery

Music Review:

“Στο Lady of My Heart, ο Ezra Vancil παραδίδει μια ρομαντική μπαλάντα που καθηλώνει με την απλότητα και την ειλικρίνεια της.

Lyrics of Ezra Vancil – Lady of my Heart

Lady of my heart
Why did you go so far
All I do is think of you

Your arms out like a sparrow
In the back of some old sport car
Sometimes I can picture you

Everything is dangerous
When the heart rises
Higher than the wages
Of our life

Everything is dangerous
In the hindsight
Nothing’s ever painless
Even the good times

Lady of my heart
Why did you leave that way
Silently, she goes

You left me with a question
Oh, remember that shooting star
What did you wish
I just want to know

Everything is dangerous
When the heart rises
Higher than the wages
Of our life

And everything is dangerous
In the hindsight
Nothing’s ever painless
Even the good times

Somedays I run
(In the photograph right there beside me)
Somedays I run
(There like the sun
There like the sun in the waves)
From the long lonely nights

Lady of my heart
Sometimes in the quiet of the dark
All I do is think of you
