Cynthia Catania describes Only Time Will Tell as a “pandemic fairytale” and a “medieval take on a modern plague.” The small joys and deep sorrows of a seemingly endless pandemic were experienced worldwide and inspired this song and video. The emptiness of tourist destinations, small comforts in the home, and unexpected growth of intimacy with our most cherished loved ones whom we hunkered down with. The video was shot in Avignon, France, where the Palace of Popes reminds us that plagues have always been a part of our world, as they once ravaged this beautiful French castle fortress in the 14th century.
