Elliot Fitch – The One (Spotify)

“A Techno candy for your playlist is "The one" from Elliot Fitch. Mix with rich percussion, beat and some vocal taste, which keep the dancing spirit alive. One of the best ways to welcome Spring and regain your lost optimism.”

-Nagamag.com

Because it’s all about the groove with Elliot Fitch, you instantly know that ‘The One’ could be just that when the Eindhoven producer’s glitterball begins its latest swing towards paradise. Glammed up and glorious, ‘The One’ is a filtered disco-house love-in, full of 24 karat strings, and a bassline that’s stern yet supportive and ultimately too damn funky. Lower down in the mix, a supporting cast of frisky horns and feelgood guitar twangs and keys, plus vocals happily swimming in the vibe, help the unifying feel of ‘The One’ looking out for each and every dancefloor diva and don

LIIFE, Kem Otto – Semangat (Spotify)

Categories: Audio, House, The Latest|Tags: , , , , , , |

“-Semangat- safely can described as a western wild west in a modern arrangement. Very atmospheric work with an ethnic touch, soft grooves and a special, unique mood.”

“Трек -Semangat- мы смело охарактеризовали, как вестерн дикого запада в современной аранжировке. Очень атмосферная работа с примесью этники, мягкими грувами и особым, неповторимым настроением. ”

-Nagamag.com

Semangat (spirit in Indonesian) is the new single by Berlin based producer LIIFE and Bali based producer Kem Otto. It's an organic, playful, driving melodic house track featuring a wide array of rather untypical elements for the genre. While warm Rhodes' chords and fluffy percussions form the musical bed, a Spaghetti Western type of tremolo guitar plays a hooking, uplifting melody that makes you want to ride into the sunset with moving feet

LIIFE started in early 2018 with their debut single ‘This Ain’t Freedom' featuring BBC Radio 1 Hall of Famer Roland Clark. The single, released on Club Sweat, received major support by industry heavyweights such as Todd Terry, Claptone, Superlover and Yolanda Be Cool. It peaked at #1 in the KissFM Dance charts, Top 20 Beatport House, ARIA and Traxsource Charts.

LIIFE collaborates with different artists from different paths of life. A blend of organic deep house, melodic afro house and jazz infused techno. Music to feel and dance.

March and June – Remember (Spotify)

Categories: Audio, Pop, The Latest|Tags: , , , , |

“A new star comes down from heaven to bring you back the lost happiness. "March and June" can surprise his audience with his innovative Electro sound. This is exactly what you need to escape from anxiety.”

-Nagamag.com

After its latest success with ‘Sign from God’, March and June has once again dusted off his synth pads and traveled back in time to bring us ‘Remember’ – a retro pop track with 90’s influences reminding us that love doesn’t have a time and place or expiration date. It’s all about letting yourself get lost in the moment and allowing love to remind you who you are: shiny flares of retro grooves traveling at light speed into our times. Remember.

https://www.facebook.com/OfficialMarchAndJune/

March & June is a new music project which combines different energies and vibes.

Behind March and June there is one artist who performs as a producer, songwriter and mix engineer. Born in June, his personality traits are deeply reflected in his music. Duality, moods, feelings, all these can be felt in his music. He’s not aiming to show off using his real name, yet only to assemble his emotions and life experiences. Music is the main character, not himself as an individual.

Throughout the years, he has produced a lot of tracks for many artists all over the world.

He has perfected his craft during the last 15 years, collecting under his belt no less than 3 No 1 tracks and numerous top 10 and top 45 records.

Many of his successful records are the result of collaborations with Grammy winning producers and engineers such as Tom Coyne, Chris Gehringer, Alex Psaroudakis and Luca Pretolesi. Working in Germany, Sweeden, Canada, UK and Eastern Europe got him record deals with Sony Music, Universal, and BMG and other big music labels. As of now, he is a prolific R’n’B, Trap, Neo Soul, Pop, Dance, Garage, Funk, Deep House and Disco music producer.

All the music he’s ever listened to has influenced him in one way or another, especially the 80s and 90s sound.

Taught by his father how to play the drums at the age of 7, he fell in love with this instrument. In a chaotic world, he is constantly looking for a warm sound which comes from the positive as well as peaceful places and people. He's also looking for freedom and mood. The perfect mood.

The pop music influence can be felt when collaborating with other artists from this genre.

March and June project will be shared with the voices that he genuinely loves, not aiming for the spotlights.

Lycoriscoris – Shizumu (Video)

Categories: Electronica, The Latest, Video|Tags: , , , , , |

“Is it possible to express sadness via music? Listen to this stunning track from Lycoriscoris and find the answer. Melancholic synth soundscapes in a mix that can deeply affect every listener. Select Shizumu to relieve any emotional pain in an effective way.”

-Nagamag.com

Japanese artist Yunosuke Senoo, aka Lycoriscoris, returns to Anjunadeep with the announcement of his upcoming album ‘Chiyu’, out March 26.

In recent years, Senoo has built a cult following as part of a new wave of Japanese producers. His signature blend of organic melodies with intricate sound design has won him support from the likes of DJ Koze, Michael Mayer, &ME, and BBC Radio 1’s Phil Taggart. A multi-instrumentalist, Senoo has played live alongside the likes of The Field and Moritz Von Oswald at Tokyo’s legendary Dommune.

Composed throughout 2020, ‘Chiyu’ documents Senoo’s journey of reflection and recovery.

“Memories and retrospection are the fundamental concepts that inspire my music. For instance, my own artist name plays on the name of the Lycoris flower. In Japan, it’s often found near cemeteries, which is of course a dark connotation – however, one day when searching in the Language of Flowers (Floriography) I discovered that the word Lycoris also means “I’m looking forward to seeing you again. I realized how this dark flower also hides a beautiful and positive message. I think my music, and my new album ‘Chiyu’, has the same kind of dualism as the Lycoris flower.”

With influences ranging from Boards of Canada and Christian Löffler, Senoo showcases his delicate production style over the 9 tracks of ‘Chiyu’. From the intertwining melodies in ‘Shizumu’ to the polyrhythmic textures of ‘Utsurou’, Seeno combines dreamy soundscapes with modern electronica. A skilled photographer, Senoo also provides the imagery for the album artwork shot in his native, Japan.

Senoo’s new album follows the release of his acclaimed LP ‘Flight’, released on Anjunadeep in 2018. Positioning in the top 5 Electronic albums on iTunes, ‘Flight’ gained support on tastemaker stations including BBC Radio 1, KEXP, and NTS Radio as well as international press support.

‘Chiyu’ is available on March 26 from Anjunadeep.
