“Let Me Go” is a post-heartbreak anthem about getting yourself free from the broken relationship. Letting go is not that simple. Sometimes feelings come back (from one or both parties) and you feel like that person didn’t fully let you go and you can feel that vibe that it’s not over yet…it’s like you got trapped in a constant de ja vu. Lion's Den, the musical project of Matthieu Huijser, is releasing the first single of his upcoming EP 'Tune In', which is set for release in February 2022. His melancholic folk is influenced by artists such as Amen Dunes, Devendra Banhart and Destroyer. In 2018, Lion's Den released 'Naoko/Time', which reached over 100k streams together. After that, he played at the Dutch traveling festival Popronde, supported Okkervil River (US) in Amsterdam and got airplay on Dutch Radio.
