Song Review: “Caught You in the Bed” by Dax | A Pop Discovery

Lyrics of Dax – Caught You in the Bed

I caught you in the bed with another man
I believed you when you said that you were sorry when you cheated
I caught you in the bed with another man
You can never trust a hoe
they do it once they don’t repeat it
I caught you in the bed
Worst part it’s someone that I knew
and that I actually used to even call a friend
I would never hit a woman,
but my sister might just come over
and beat your ass instead

i’m not even surprised
can’t make up what I faced
with the devil in disguise
I played your little games
then got lost inside my mind
you drove my ass insane
but I didn’t read the signs
It’s not a mistake it’s a choice and you lied don’t say sorry now don’t cry
You made your bed
and you crossed that line
now lay your head down
and close your eyes.

I caught you in the bed with another man
I believed you when you said that you were sorry when you cheated
I caught you in the bed with another man
You can never trust a hoe
they do it once they don’t repeat it
I caught you in the bed
Worst part it’s someone that I knew
and that I actually used to even call a friend
I would never hit a woman,
but my sister might just come over
and beat your ass instead

Now I’m drowning
Sipping liquor out the bottle
Trying to balance the emotions
You destroyed and that you throttled
You’re a sneaky little hoe
Run-away just like a model
I believe you lead me on
But can’t believe I really followed
AH HAH!
I’m ready to break up just tell me
Did you ever really love me?
Did you have to be so petty?
Why’d you do it in my home?
Did he finish in ya?
Did he hit the right spot?
Was it worth all that you lost?
I ain’t paying for your sins
You don’t even know the cost
How you pray and go to church
then come nail me on this cross?
How do you blame it on my work
but don’t wanna get a job?
You’re insane crazy deranged

I caught you in the bed with another man
I believed you when you said that you were sorry when you cheated
I caught you in the bed with another man
You can never trust a hoe
they do it once they don’t repeat it
I caught you in the bed
Worst part it’s someone that I knew
and that I actually used to even call a friend
I would never hit a woman,
but my sister might just come over
and beat your ass instead
