Nathaniel Paul – songbird (Video)
“Wide open landscapes and emotions are evident in this well composed creation. S if through rosy colored, glasses the slow beat and drawn out guitar are superb. ”

The dream is to go back. The nightmare is that we never can.

During quarantine, I had to make a trip to the grocery store. I met an elderly man
who struck up a conversation with me. We almost seemed to be kindred spirits.
He began the conversation with “Life is hard when you outlive all the ones
you love.”
https://www.facebook.com/NathanielPaulHoff
It seemed like a bit of a quick start to a conversation, but I could tell he
just needed someone to talk to. After talking for a while, I felt this sense that he had
that the world at large had forgotten about him. But, he had created a plan to travel
the world on a train he had read about. He could work on the train and it would
take him across the world. He was amidst planning his way out.

“songbird” was a direct inspiration from that moment. This idea of life after all that you
love and care for is gone. His story resonated with me in the way that I feel from COVID
taking away so many small businesses – so many dreams from all of us.

But what do we do now? Where do we go from here?
“songbird” hopes to take you to a place of hope amidst a looming dark shadow cast over the world.
Tomidrey – Cherie (Spotify)

Artist shared few words about the song
"Cherie" represents what Tomidrey's sound is like, the talking drums is what he grew up on in Nigeria. He used talking drums instead of the common bass triplets in amapiano.
Fun fact it is an actual remix of the first version I made

Jon Thorstensen – Kiwi Girl (Spotify)
“Right from the start this track radiates energy that draws one in. So easily lost in its complex rhythms and superb horn section. A rich Jazz interpretation that is good for the soul. ”
-Nagamag.com
Kiwi Girl is a groovy and sexy jazz instrumental, the rich and open sound palette makes it also chill and laid back. The tune builds up from single guitar lines to full horn section and subtle percussion.
Some of the best Norwegian musicians brings elegance and sophistication to the track. Awesome Magnus Bakken deliveres brilliant improvised sax lines.
My two other jazz singles Secret Place and Pilgrim has now almost 100%0 streams on Spotify and spread worldwide in over 30 playlists. It is fantastic to grow followers and new fans from all over the world. Hope you like it.

Jon has collaborated with Magnus Bakken and Sigurd Evensen (Silya & the Sailors), some of the highest profilated Norwegian musicians.
Elias Noah – Shakira (Spotify)
“A delightful midtempo gem polished to perfection. Very groovy lyrics that captivate and draw in. A feelgood track that will surely be on repeat for many trying to elevate their mood. ”
-Nagamag.com
It's a german song about a girl I met a while ago. She reminds me of the famous pop star Shakira. We only met once, but just in the few minutes we got to know each other, there was this kind of tense feeling of "love". We never met again after this day, but maybe we will. So this song is about her. It was produced by me, lyrics by me and mix mastered by me. It has a catchy hook and a very chill vibe.

Lachlan Bryan And The Wildes – Ok to Love (Spotify)
“"Ok to Love" has so soulful and soft rhythm, as if in old and good times. It connects two genres; Country and Acoustic. This is characteristic of a good and open to the heart music. Striking harmony is felt by the entire track too. Also the memorable singer's voice keeps you active until the last second.”
“Мягкий и такой душевный ритм, словно как в старые и добрые времена, соединяет 2 направления - Country и Acoustic. Это невероятно приятная, по хорошему добрая и открытая сердцу музыка. Поразительное спокойствие и гармония, которая ощущается на протяжение всего трека. Запоминающийся голос вокалиста не даёт заскучать ни на секунду!”

Chimzy, Teni – LEVEL (Spotify)
“Very tasty, fresh, modern and minimalistic work. Those vocals bring in mind something very distant and certainly bright. The personification of the original musical thinking lies in the pulsating rhythms of Afrobeats. Both artists deserve some respect!”
“Очень вкусное, свежее, современное и минималистичное произведение. Вокал, под который вспоминается что-то очень далёкое и непременно светлое. Олицетворение оригинального музыкального мышления в пульсирующих ритмах Afrobeats, за что огромная благодарность авторам!”

Afro fusion artist Chimzy’s long-awaited project, Insomnia, was born from months of sleepless nights, as the artist pondered his future. The music on the tape is the fuel that kept him going through those long, dark days. He set out to create the sounds of the feelings he was experiencing, while simultaneously resolving to take his career to the next level by carving out his place in the industry. Despite the ominous theme that both the EP’s title and cover art depict, Insomnia is full of buoyant afro fusion tracks that express a range of emotions, from desire, to disappointment, to delight. Abuja-raised and Houston-based, Chimzy is confident that his unique experiences on his musical journey set him aside from his peers. Insomnia is a capsule of the artist’s emotions, taking his fans on a turbulent yet melodious journey that showcases his writing ability and musical prowess in one.
Level is easily the standout track of the EP. Chimzy and Teni celebrate hedonism and good-living over an addictive amapiano beat that will leave listeners dancing and wanting more.

Lucas van Kesteren – Origins (Spotify)
“When the night falls and there's no one to keep you company, some Classical music could be the best choice. Being elegant and fresh, "Origins" shines like a bright star in the dark sky of our souls. Don't ignore this beauty!”

Lian Gold – Eastern Soul (Spotify)
“"Lian Gold" is back with her strong, dynamic spirit. Rising from the depths of absolute electronic world, "Eastern Soul" can keep your energy levels high enough to realize the difference between typical and sophisticated creations. Enjoy!”
-Nagamag.com
"Eastern Soul" as the title suggests, is full of "soul" and also a somewhat carefree but also careful and artistic synergy of distinct musical influences. It maintains strong ethnic and "roots" influences as much as it retains its universal appeal by fusing pop and electronic elements with these ethnic musical idioms.
