Single Review: Sarah Lake – Sunset on summer | Listen to Rock

Music Review:

“In “Sunset on Summer,” Sarah Lake creates a radiant sonic landscape that feels like waking up in a world temporarily freed from the weight of reality. The melody glows with warmth, balancing euphoria with an almost cinematic sense of romance. The vocals, soft yet quietly confident, give the track an optimism that never feels manufactured. The rhythm moves with lighthearted energy, carrying every anxious thought away and leaving behind only sunlight, summer air, and the comforting illusion that maybe everything will turn out alright after all.”

Lyrics of Sarah Lake – Sunset on summer

Sippin’ on sunshine
Walking sand with your hand in mine
Till the fire’s in the sky
And it’s just us and the stars tonight

We fell fast loving you is easy
But winds change
Are you gonna need me
On the cold December days
Will we still be the same
We’re high tide, riding on a wave now
But in time how’s it gonna roll out
Will we still have each other
When the sun sets on summer

When the shine wears off
Will I still be the one that you want?
When the nights get long
Tell me are we gonna move on?

Feels like a movie
Is there a sequel
Are we an A team
or just two people

Who fell fast No matter where we end up
We had 3 months and we had us
