As an artist, Llynks aka Sara Kendall uses her haunting and introspective words to explore themes where she pushes through some of this self-doubt and gets to new highs of empowerment and self preservation. Ben Osborn – Psalm 22 – Instrumental

Psalm 22 is a new instrumental from Ben Osborn: a British songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist based between Berlin, Germany and Bristol, UK. The track is due for release on 8th February 2019 on Nonostar Records, the label founded by German experimental violinist and producer Alex Stolze. The track is a taster for Ben’s debut album, Letters From The Border, due for release via Nonostar in Spring 2019, and follows recent debut single Fast Awake (November 2018). Letters From The Border was produced and composed by Ben with Alex during a residency at Alex’s remote, custom-built studio on the German/Polish border in Summer 2018.

An instrumental B-side to new single A Bridge of Starlings, Psalm 22 showcases the unique prepared piano sound Alex and Ben have crafted in the Nonostar studio. The composition has a bittersweet simplicity reminiscent of Schuhmann’s Kinderszenen, its stark minimal texture decorated with lush washes of synthesiser harmonies.

Tigerpunsh is the self-titled debut release from new London-based
Welsh/Finnish electropop duo Rochelle and Vee.

Connecting initially over Instagram in 2018 over a mutual love for music
technology, the girls were destined to work together; a year later they were
in an East London rehearsal room playing session drums and synths for an
unnamed pop star, but after big feud between the artist and some other band
members, Vee and Rochelle found themselves alone in the space with an
extensive stack of synths and electronic drums running through a huge sound
system.

Determined not to waste their time they stayed and jammed out, effortlessly
writing two tracks ‘Shade’ and ‘Friend’. When eventually getting kicked out
they kept writing in Rochelle’s car and followed up with several all-night
writing and recording sessions. Derived from their mutual obsession with big
cats and the bust up in the rehearsal space; ‘Tigerpunsh’ was born.

Quitting their session musician day jobs, they signed their debut record to
new BMG label, Tubesounds.

Catching Flies presents 'Silver Linings Remixed', a remix album featuring versions of tracks from his debut album reimagined by DJ Seinfeld, Andhim, Soundbwoy Killah, Laurence Guy, Ron Basejam, Freddie Joachim, Grandbrothers and more.

Sequenced by Catching Flies into a flowing narrative arc, the remixes come from some of the producer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ's favorite artists, hand picked by him to transform 'Silver Linings' into an alternate version.

George King began Catching Flies in late 2012, drawing inspiration from a wide-ranging palette of music including jazz, soul, hip-hop, house and electronica. His debut album ‘Silver Linings’ was released in July 2019 and was hailed as "a soundtrack to summertime" by The 405 and awarded Album of the Month by Future Music who described it as "a brilliantly eclectic record…a moving journey that will last long in the memory".
