Few words about SammAyOnTheBeat:
SammAyOnTheBeat born in The Bronx, NY, grew up around music like most youths in his community. His influences span Gospel, Hip-Hop, R&B and Soul, through his days singing in his church to learning how to use FL Studio to craft his own sound. With no experience in playing instruments, he learned to use the tools around him and learn techniques to enhance his creativity.

From 2009 - 16 he has been responsible for engineering and producing many independent/major artist projects along his production collective ARESVP. Responsible for producing and developing a few independent artist careers like longtime collaborator Michael From The East. 2018 he released Trapped Hearts, a soulful jazzhop track that featured not only his production but vocals. It inspired him to shape his sound into something more defined and fresh.

With placements on MTV 2 shows like Girl Code & Guy Code and Teampack cyphers. Check out his recently released debut project titled Filtered Thoughts, a collection of tracks inspired by lo-fi, hip-hop & chillhop.

Its the nostalgic, relief emotion you feel like when you were away from big period from "Home" whatever means home for everyone (this could be relationship, your parents, your neighborhood etc) and finally return, when you are too close to reach your home and feel safe, beloved again.

Kori shared with us his thoughts about this song:
This is a song about the last few months of my life. The name signifies the slight sense of "in-betweenness" I'm feeling as I approach the end of my time at uni and prepare to get spat out into the world. Not a particularly novel or unique thing to be feeling, but something I am feeling nonetheless. The track has inspirations from all over the place; indie stuff comes into the intro while soundtrack music and ambient tunes inspired the "drop" (though that word doesn't quite suit the track).

In the last years Mirek Coutigny has been on a continuous quest to blend acoustic and electronic instruments as you’ve never heard before. ‘Doors’ is part of the new EP ‘BlackShip’ by Leonardo Barilaro, international pianist, composer and aerospace engineer. In Doors piano and synth are played at the same time, with the presence of guitar and drums. The style of the composition can be defined as Contemporary Space Music. Doors is the opening track of the BlackShip concept, that is inspired by the history of Malta during the Great Siege and shifted to the Future, where the island becomes the symbol for planet Earth and the BlackShip travels through Space to other planets. This new aesthetics is a hybrid of different experiences of the composer, like collaborations with contemporary fusion dancers and visual artists.
