Lake Tahoe, Nevada-based rising pop artist Audriix makes stellar inroads into 2020 with sky reaching new single, Deep Breaths. John Dennis, a 27 year old Freeburg, IL native, moved to Nashville, TN in 2010 to pursue his unique place among the music there. Though his songs resonate with the influence of many of folk's greats--namely Dylan, Simon and Springsteen--his unique vocals, clever Midwestern-driven imagery, and 21st century socially commentative lyrics earn him his own distinct voice. In 2013 he was discovered by Dr. Bryan Clark of Rainfeather Records--a successful musician and producer in his own right. The pair worked together to complete John's first record with Rainfeather, "Eternity's Tree," which was released in 2014. The album features a colorful collection of Dennis' original work and displays strongly John's ability to deliver an enjoyable listening experience while not shying away from his characteristic weightiness and lyrical substance. In 2016, John, along with Clark and Rainfeather, recorded a follow up record entitled "Second Wind," which only built upon and deepened what was presented in his debut; and which marked a substantial and triumphant step forward for Dennis both artistically and personally. "Second Wind," was recorded at Plethoratone Studios in Brentwood, TN. Following its official release in 2017, Dennis began work on his third full length record: a concept album that will prove to be his most creatively ambitious project yet. “Mortal Flames,” recorded at Blackbird and Plethoratone studios, is slated for release in the early Spring of 2019.

The song "Draumaland" (transl. Dreamland) is a composition of Tendra's guitarist Mikael Máni Ásmundsson with lyrics by vocalist Marína Ósk. The two have worked together since 2014 in various projects but have now created the concept of Tendra around their composed music. Tendra is an Icelandic word which means "to light a spark".

The song Draumaland, with lyrics in Icelandic, is about the moment when the night slowly enters the country and the Icelandic nation, almost simultaneously lays down and drifts off to sleep. Iceland is a small country and with the whole country sharing the same time, they are all connected in a way. The heart of the song also speaks to the core of the Icelandic nation but as a whole, they support each other and when in need, they put their backs together and create a strong front. Even living abroad, they find each other.

Draumaland is the third single released from Tendra's upcoming debut which is to be released on CD, vinyl and online platforms in November 6th 2020.

Human is the lead single from Stefano Fasce's debut album Solitary Places. It is a beautiful statement of hope with intertwining classical and cinematic elements. It was recorded with a string ensemble and piano at Metropolis Studios in London with synths to add a contemporary and refreshing feel. It was inspired by the experience of being in a remote place and gaining a new hopeful perspective on our reality.

Stefano Fasce is a contemporary classical composer and accomplished flautist, originally from Italy and now based in London. His debut album Solitary Places is out 20 November 2020, with lead single Human in digital stores on 16 October 2020.

Solitary Places was recorded at Metropolis Studios in London with the support of the hClub Foundation Emerging Creatives programme. It is a work that blurs the lines between classical tradition, cinematic and electronic to bring contemporary classical music to a new audience.

Stefano is also a successful film composer with works including Dead Birds (2018) which was shortlisted for a Student Academy Award and My Time (2018) which was long-listed for the Academy Awards. His score for Dear Mr. Burton (2020) won Best Original Score at the International Sound & Music Festival.

With his distinctive use of string writing, impressionistic textures and synths combined with classical elements of piano and flute, Stefano has set himself apart from other contemporaries with a bold reimagining of the classical genre.
