Wynnm – Fire On The Moon
(Spotify)

Wynnm was born amidst the sands and sunburnt rock faces of the Sonoran Desert in the Southwestern United States to an amateur harmonica player father and a first-generation Korean mother. Her dark notes and honey-throated tones however draw from experiences far beyond her landscape, circumstance, and family myths of origin.
CD’s like Simon and Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, Moby, The Doors, and Creedence Clearwater Revival spun in the family car on long road trips. She came of age with a love for bass beats and albums by powerful female vocalists like Annie Lennox, Portishead, and Fiona Apple.
Wynnm’s quicksilver sound is an elegant amalgamation of smooth folk and vital bass. Her music emerges from the dusty mirages of Arizona and the private mountains of Idaho but cycles to the electronic beats of Amsterdam, a place she’s called home for nearly half a decade.
She presents her debut single “Fire on the Moon,” to be followed by a breakout EP in the summer of 2020 with Dutch label, TCBMYL.
Wynnm on Fire On The Moon:
"I am a cheater. So are you. We all are, every once in a while. This song brings me back to that first moment of disbelief. The first landing in Amsterdam. "
Penned in the first months of Wynnm’s residence, Fire on the Moon tells the truth of looking into the eyes of your companion—their eyes hopeful, your eyes bloodshot—between them is the truth that starts and ends the race.

YuMe – Kite
(Spotify)

Kite is a song about possibilities and opportunities - the pentatonic approach leaves room for imagination making the space between the notes as important as the notes played. A subtle meditative search of the mind written in Japan by the young European composer Yume. Yume is a Dutch composer writing meditative songs in the pentatonic vein, sometimes his piano playing is being backed by subtle far-off self made soundscapes and field recordings , almost unhearable but giving the listener even more imaginary views of a world beyond (after all, Yume means dream in Japanese).

John Lebanon is an avant-garde band based in Providence, RI. Founded by Roy S, MD, the project originally began as a way for the songwriter to cope with the physically and mentally exhausting work of a medical resident at Brown University. One afternoon in a local park, far from the chaos of the hospital, Roy composed the song ‘Providence is Divine’. Sensing he’d come up with something special, the young artist began scouring the city, where he found plenty of eager collaborators. Together, they have released a string of singles and EP’s packed to the brim with catchy melodies and irresistible hooks. All tracks are original, crated with love and care.

Brimbore – MoonMot
(Video)

Brimbore is a quiet mood with a strong melody. First a calm double bass solo introduces the song, then the trombone plays a melody over nice Fender Rhodes Harmony. Later alto saxophone and baritone saxophone and drums are added for a strong buildup that makes a intense peak.
Brimbore is the second single release from our upcoming album Goint Down the Well.
Going Down The Well is the debut album from UK/Swiss collaborative sextet MoonMot, a project bringing together Swiss musicians Simon Petermann (trombone/electronics) and Oli Kuster (Fender Rhodes/electronics) with the UK’s Dee Byrne (alto saxophone/electronics), Cath Roberts (baritone saxophone), Johnny Hunter (drums) and Seth Bennett (double bass). The album was recorded at BeJazz, Bern in March 2019 and is released by Swiss label Unit Records in February 2020

Pedro Meirelles – Tear
(Spotify)

Pedro Meirelles is a classical/rock composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist from Rio de Janeiro.
Throughout time, while developing his hybrid alternations of dissonant minimalism and percussive orchestrations, Meirelles began building and licensing his extensive solo catalogue while also working with renowned names such as Gogol Bordello, Serj Tankian (System of a Down), Goran Bregovic and Andrew Scheps.
"Tear" is an expansive track, building from gentle trickles into a triumphant emotive escalation. The first section resembles the beginning of a snowfall, gentle in its introduction, before a blizzard envelops the night. The track manages to effectively convey a rising-and-falling feel in under two minutes, within a wintry atmospheric pull.
