Single Review: Dee White – Sugar | Listen to Rock

Music Review:

Lyrics of Dee White – Sugar

Sugar girl you taste so fine
Sweeter than the honey or the grapes right off the vine
Baby don’t you do me this way
Leaving my heart all wrecked here in this sad pathetic state

Somewhere in your rambling days
I must’ve crossed your mind
Do you ever think about the one you left behind
Well I heard you went to Broadway
Got your name up in them lights
Left me down here praying for you each and every night

Sugar come on back to me
Just take the next train rolling back on down to Tennessee
Baby I will meet you there
With a bouquet at the station in the best that I can wear

Somewhere in your rambling days
I must’ve crossed your mind
Do you ever think about the one you left behind
I heard you went to Broadway
Got your name up in them lights
Left me down here praying for you each and every night

Sugar I heard it from your kin
You’re arriving Friday night and we will fall in love again
Baby honey it won’t be too soon
I can’t wait to hold you underneath the summer moon

Sugar girl you taste so fine
Sweeter than the honey or the grapes right off the vine
