Single Review: Randy Beth – classy | Listen to Pop

Music Review:

Lyrics of Randy Beth – classy

Friends to lovers, keep me as your enemy (enemy)
Drawing hearts around the golden platter of the lies you fed to me

Let it all fall down, you said you wanted to fly
You were ready for the comedown the entire goddamn time

Throw my hands up and give in
While you journal your entire made up narrative
But keep it classy, keep it classy
The tower built on broken bones
But I guess the queen deserves her throne
So keep it classy, keep it classy

Stars fade from your eyes and now you lose desire
Shelve me for when you need me
Soothe your ego with the two faced people
Honey sweet, dripping from their teeth

Baby, let it all fall down, you said you wanted to fly
You were ready for the comedown the entire goddamn time

You were ready for the comedown
But I would be the last to know
The claw marks you left on my collarbone
You thought you could swallow me whole
And I was just a fantasy
Oh, how to go from a god in your eyes
Now I’m begging on my knees
For what I once left behind
