WRURF is an experimental synthpop track built on neatly designed kicks, synthesizers, and vocal manipulations. The track opens with a flirting game between the kick and synth before Mightelle’s deep and soft voice carefully leads the listener towards a hectic, percussive, and redemptive chorus.

“WRURF is about confidently leaving a situation - especially when no one is sad to see you go. The track is inspired by a former relationship. I was SO confused. He said one thing and did something else and I completely lost myself. It sounds cliche, but along the lines, it dawned on me that is was an ‘actions speak louder than words’ kinda thing.”

Mightelle is the danish producer, singer and songwriter, Mai Skjødt. With contrasting electronic productions, heartfelt lyrics and forceful beats whirled in loads of synths, she lures you into a thoughtful sensitivity and shines a light where anger, doubt and love intertwine in the obscure nooks and knots of our thoughts. Partly rooted in synth-pop and partly in a fantasy world where everything is possible, she creates songs that challenge the usual genres and that have so many edges that you might as well give up counting them.

She draws inspiration from artists such as FKA Twigs, Lorde, Sevdaliza but mostly from her diary, dreams and nightmares.

Louie Louie!, the new project of former HOLYCHILD member Louie Diller, is bringing back all the charm of anthemic, 2000's pop-rock jams. Louie brings us soaring highs in his new single "All Fall Down".

The former HOLYCHILD star saw international success for their brat-pop sound and dance-like-nobody's watching attitude. With praise from the likes of NYLON, NME, Billboard, LA Mag and several others, HOLYCHILD was viral. However, Diller has spent the past few years finding his solo voice and perfecting his sound. Louie Louie! has evolved into that project - an honest reflection of the trials and tribulations he's experienced in the last 4 years.

Life sure has a way of humbling you and Diller is no stranger to that. "In 2016 I went from making half a million dollars to food stamps after a whole lot of financial mismanagement, classic music biz shit show and some," he shares. "That same year I also had my heartbroken by a girl, who I thought I was going to marry, and found myself living next door to the Mexican mafia in east LA, who were hustling me every other day. That same year my dad came down with cancer and though he thankfully beat that shit, for most of 2016 it wasn't clear if he'd survive. And then Trump got elected. Out of all this, Louie Louie! was born."

Diller began writing his debut album, Heartbreak In the Fall Of The Empire, which is about falling in-and-out of love while society crumbles around him. "All Fall Down" is the first song from the album and a spilling out of all his misery.

"All Fall Down" revels in all of its pop-rock glory with a sing-along chorus and the infectious energy of a rambunctious crowd cheering. This optimistic anthem couldn't come at a better time. In the midst of a global pandemic and social justice movement, we are challenged to be the best versions of ourselves as 2020 continues to knock us down. Louie poses the question, "When we all fall down, will we turn it into something?"

Louie flips the narrative we've come to know as 2020 and urges us to turn those lemons into lemonade.

Kane Miller is a singer-songwriter based in Lakefield, Ontario. Costa Rican MC/DJ duo Nakury & Barzo launch “O”, a new album dedicated to the infinite connection between all life forms. The release is set for September 18th 2020 via the independent record label Lácteo Cósmico.

In this collaborative production, they explore various danceable rhythms and genres that are part of their identity: Salsa, Bolero, Reggaeton, Bossa Nova, Swing, among others. All this without forgetting their characteristic sound, that fuses Hip Hop and Rap in Spanish with elements of electronic music. The album reflects the search of one’s roots with a profound love for nature and community. It’s a journey that incites us to move our body, heart and mind.

“O” is the second long-play in which the Costa Rican duo collaborate, following Nakury’s discographic debut in 2017 titled “VIA”. In the new recordings, they are accompanied by guitarist Daniela García, percussionist Fiorella Hidalgo and bassist Maddie Serrano. The mixing and mastering was engineered by Ricardo Bernal, while the graphic design was developed by Sara Serna.

After performing in 15 countries of Europe, North America and Central America, Nakury & Barzo have prepared a new show for “O”, which also includes their classic repertoire. The performances are complemented by different elements: scenography, wardrobes, visuals, dance and live instrumentalists. During 2020, they’ve adapted their proposal to virtuality and have managed to participate in international musical markets such as Circulart (Colombia), IMESUR (Chile) and Corriente (Peru).
