Cégiu – Glowing Goodbye (Video)
“”Cégiu” has managed to capture a spiritual power in this Folk production. Psychedelic soundscapes are combined with influensive lyrics. The overall progression is slow and a kind of mystic atmosphere is strongly presented. Don’t miss this experience.”

The hauntingly beautiful piece “Glowing Goodbyes” is about letting go and is also the title track of Cégiu’s freshly released selfproduced album sonically created by electronic beats, cello and insect sounds.
Cégiu seeks the limit of pain. The musician/composer/producer is fascinated and inspired by the spectrum of moving forward, saying farewell to certain things and letting go. This concept is communicated with unique musicality and style in her songs. She produces her own beats from insect sounds and cello and is a self-made producer who intersects classical and electronic elements with experimental flair. The versatility of the layers of the music create an atmosphere of meditativeness and entrance listeners, sending them deeper into their psyche as each song progresses. It is difficult to put Cégiu’s music into a box – some have referred to it as ‘art pop,’ ‘chamber pop,’ or ‘freak folk,’ however, it’s more multifaceted than just one or two genres.

Inspired by topics of dementia, breaking down stereotypes, natural disasters and the menstrual cycle; her music expresses the mind of a restless artist in an emotional world. It’s no coincidence that many people are brought to tears when Cégiu performs live, as the artist’s natural ability to take listeners into themselves conveys empathy, vulnerability and understanding. Cégiu invites listeners to search for their own limits of pain and to release themselves into the soul of the music and let go.

adan diaz – jumping fences (Spotify)
“Sometimes we may want to escape from cruel reality, but don't know how to achieve it. "adan diaz" is a bright example of free young spirit and his latest release reminds us something important; even in unpleasant situations we can find some moments of magic, which we usually overlook. Enjoy this Lo-fi Pop creation and see life from a different point of view.”

Adan Diaz is a 17-year-old Mexican-American artist from outside Chicago. When the pandemic hit and he was confined to his bedroom, Adan found solace in a cracked version of Ableton Live. He recorded new music everyday. He tried out new ways of singing, sometimes in Spanish and other times in English depending on how he was feeling. Slowly but surely he discovered a new vocabulary to communicate the torrent of confusion, surprise, boredom, anger, and lovesickness he's felt during this particularly bizarre moment in human history.
Adan’s “legroom” EP is a classic alt rock debut – unassuming but cocksure, familiar in tone but constantly surprising. Out Nov. 12 on Godmode (JPEGMAFIA, Channel Tres, Yaeji, PawPaw Rod), the EP celebrates tiny pleasures fleeting amongst our broad uncertainty: sharing your twin-size bed, smoking a black & mild on a rainy day, wanting to get into trouble but not really knowing how.

4am Kru – Stay Puffed (Spotify)
“A fast energy whirlwind of dopeness. Evident influences extracted from the classics, and we like that a lot. Those jungle massives are as cool now as ever and simplicity isa beautiful thing in electronica. The future looks bright when the past is learned from and built upon, especially in the DnB world. ”

As the popularity of nostalgic rave & drum and bass music continues to increase across the UK (and beyond!) London's 4am Kru carry on their foray into the frenetic world of old school jungle and 1994 inspired happy hardcore. Familiar, pitched up vocals, piano stabs, rolling breakbeats and booming bass combine to make Stay Puffed a high energy drum & bass banger, not just for long time fans of the genre but for newcomers as well. Stay Puffed is out on new independent London label Embrace The Real Records.

Glen Gabriel – Death Of Ymir (Spotify)
“The master of Cinematic sound "Glen Gabriel" offers a new Epic creation. Complicated track made with impressive professionalism and a strong dramatic approach. Based on a story from a mythical era, it will surely satisfy even the most demanding listeners.”

PRODUCTION
Recorded 2 full days in Abbey Road Studio One, London UK with 60-piece orchestra (fiddles, strings, brass, woodwinds, percussion, harp) as part of the upcoming album Norse Mythology. Norse choir (24-people strong) was recorded in Synchron Stage Vienna. The entire album is based on the creation of Cosmos and Earth according to ancient Norse myths. Composed, produced, mixed and mastered over the course of 3 years through mid-pandemic, Norse Mythology was one of the first large orchestral recordings to be made at Abbey Road Studios since lock-down in the UK.
STORY BEHIND THE SONG AND ALBUM
The single "Death of Ymir" is based on the belief that Ymir was the first original being in the cosmos and the monster ancestor of all giants. There was much hatred between the first gods and giants so when Odin, and his brothers, Vili and Ve grew up they decided to kill Ymir. This despite Ymir being their ancestor since they believed that for order to life to take place in cosmos, the original being had to die. This mournful and heroic track is about his death. In honour of the fallen giant, rain fell from the sky as tears and only then could the creation of Earth begin...

Livio Almeida, Rodrigo Balduino, Rodrigo Bezerra, André Bra – Radamés y Pelé – song by Livio Almeida, Rodrigo Balduino, Rodrigo Bezerra, André Braz | Spotify (Spotify)
“Light Jazz composition, which we want to compare with a gust of a warm, summer breeze. Walk along this velvet sound. Music which dips us into the atmosphere of the artist's imagination and can set free from any negative thoughts.”
“Лёгкая джазовая композиция, которую так и хочется сравнить с порывом тёплого, летнего ветерка. Прогулка по набережной в сопровождение бархатного звучания. Музыка, которая окунает нас в атмосферу воображения автора и полностью освобождает от любых негативных мыслей.”

Radamés y Pelé is a song written by the great maestro Tom Jobim for his last album, to render homage to this two geniuses – and friends of his: the composer Radames Gnatalli and the soccer player Pelé.
This mixture between choro and bossa-nova is the first release of the project Jobiniando, and was handled by 3 exponents of the new Brazilian Jazz:
Livio Almeida (sax tenor) has a master’s degree in composition at the Brooklyn College of New York and plays with great names of the American jazz scene, such as the Grammy award winning pianist Arturo O’Farril, Ari Hoening, Helio Alves and Romero Lubambo.
Rodrigo Bezerra (guitar) is one of the most prolific guitar players and composers of his generation. Having recorded 6 albums as a leader, he can easily combine jazz and brazilian music, and have played with artists such as Ellen Oléria and Carlos Malta.
Rodrigo Balduino (bass) is member of the Esdras Nogueira Quartet. He has shared the stage with names like Bocato and Dominguinhos and has recently produced the new album of Ramiro Pinheiro, released with the jazz label Fresh Sounds.
