Aliénore is a French-British singer & songwriter living in Berlin whose music can be described as “witchy” pop, with notes of folk & indie influences. Lyrically, Aliénore’ cheekily presents her own thoughts on the human condition and includes a subtle nod to writer Milton’s ‘Paradise Lost’. She sings: “Droplets on dusty darkened meadows, you found your way in…..Hades knows your place in the Paradise Lost”

Aliénore says on the single, “Paradise Lost is a sonic representation of an otherworldly landscape that came to me, channelling my musings on life and mortality. The lyrics are highly descriptive, taking the listener on a journey into the unknown.”

Having grown up in rural South West France to British parents, Aliénore writes lyric-driven, vulnerable and introspective songs exploring themes of nature, duality, heritage, love, the feminine and the human condition.

Her training in classical choirs throughout her youth highly influences her bewitching soprano voice, and her penchant for medieval & period music shines through in luscious harmonies and melodies that bring hope to any darkness.

Highly inspired by nature, her mixed heritage and upbringing in the countryside, her songs beckon the listener into a vulnerable and dreamy sonic space.
