Riskyisme – Back Foreal

Categories: Hip Hop, The Latest, Video, Youtube|Tags: Rap, Review (EN-RU), Spotify Playlist - Hip Hop by Nagamag|

“The rhythm is like a trick, to observe its structure, to hear a huge number of various elements, to fall into this enchanting, deep abyss from the bass and barrels – great pleasure! -Riskyisme- knows how to declare himself so loudly that once again to show who is the main one on the RAP stage!” (Automatically Translated with Google Translate)

“Ритм как фишка, наблюдать за его структурой, слышать огромное количество разнообразных элементов, проваливаться в эту чарующую, глубокую бездну из баса и бочки — огромное удовольствие! -Riskyisme- умеет заявить о себе настолько громко, чтобы в очередной раз показать, кто главный на Rap сцене!”

Tomode – Conversation Starter

Categories: Blogwave, The Latest, Video, Youtube|Tags: Disco, Review (EN), Spotify Playlist - Blogwave by Nagamag, Synthpop|

“Love the cross between synth wave, rock and pop styles here. So positive, like the music and vibes in the 80’s were. Lush piano, amazing guitar riffs and beautiful vocals. Chorus line will probably stuck in your head for hours. ”

-Nagamag.com

Striking a unique balance between uplifting disco and melancholic Scandinavian pop, Tomode’s new single ‘Conversation Starter’ sees the Stockholm-based duo pay homage to legendary disco giants ABBA and Chic.

”With Conversation Starter, we wanted to express that inescapably uncomfortable feeling of striking up a conversation with someone at a party, and it just not clicking. Hopelessly out of place on the dancefloor, just trying to say the right thing.”the duo explains.

“Just love when I hear nicely filtered and produced chord sounds, specially when they are fulfilled with great stutter vocals and synth leads. Beautifully build and deep track, progression of everything is the key here, arrangement is important as the rest of the elements you have within the song/track. ”

MOREA – Heal Me

Categories: Pop, The Latest, Video, Youtube|Tags: Alt Pop, alternative, Indie RnB, Review (EN), Singer Songwriter, Spotify Playlist - Pop by Nagamag|

“Loving those guitar notes that are in perfect blend with the bass line. Beautiful vocals, just beautiful, just love the mood of the verses and those guitars solo parts between them. Arranged and produced so well, you can hear the sensation song brings you, appart of the lyrics. ”

-Nagamag.com

The track was written about losing oneself in a relationship, about longing for healing and connection from someone but in the meantime seeking to give up complete control over oneself; to allow someone to see into every dark corner of your soul.
The song is hauntingly beautiful and is a lullaby to a past version of the self.
