"I wrote this song on a true adrenalin rush during a songwriting camp session at Hilversum’s Wisseloord studio (Netherlands). I was into that exhilarating energy that songwriting camps can provoke. The song had to be finished at 7 pm… and the day had started at 9am.

We were three persons in a studio in front of a blank page, starting the session. I had never met the two other composers with which I was supposed to spend the day. I knew Rico was a great R&B singer, I knew he could perform wonderful vibes. In fact, me the french girl, I was under pressure, I was challenged, so I counted on my own adrenalin to give me the words… that is why this song IS about adrenalin. "
