I WANT POETRY are vocalist Tine von Bergen and pianist Till Moritz Moll. Together they are creating atmospheric dream pop songs with expressive vocals and haunting lyrics reminiscent of London Grammar or Woodkid. "Souvenirs," the duo's new song, looks at the all-too-human desire to hold onto the fleeting precious moments of our lifes.

"I'm gonna stow my days in boxes full of what I loved the most."

These mementos are infused with the desire for meaning: What will remain of us? What do we leave behind? What do we take with us?

The track itself resembles a collection of sonic souvenirs: together with producer Michael Vajna (Malky), I WANT POETRY interweave electronic sounds, experimental sounds and acoustic instruments with a driving beat, drawing the listener into a vortex of hazy memories. The production also features sound engineer Ghian Wright (Oasis).

Oftentimes it's the inconspicuous things that endure: having listened, having found the right words at the right time. Having been there for one another.

"Sometimes I feel like me and you we are the souvenirs."

The hypnotic pull of the music is paired with an equally otherworldly video that gives a feeling of being an observer in a stranger's dream.

"Souvenirs" is taken from the EP "Solace", which will be released in May 2022.

The second single from Cicada Songs, the sublime “June” (out Feb 18), best illustrates Sternberg’s departure from the traditional soloist vs. band structure of most jazz ensembles. “I just told everyone in the band, like, no one’s the soloist, we’re just playing,” notes the composer. Indeed, it’s hard to hear any one instrument take the fore in “June”. It’s very much a sum of all parts, with Quinn’s bass interjecting melodic fragments under interweaving lines tossed between Sam’s saxophone and Charlie’s guitar, with echoes of all in the bell tones coaxed from the Rhodes piano by Oscar and cleverly underpinned by the dexterous Peter Varnado’s drumming. Named for Quinn’s dog, “June” evokes images of a dog running through a field in a peaceful doggy dream. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure scene where you can pick a musical line to hang with, take in the ensemble sound as a whole, or just lie back and dream yourself.

I Am Here is the third release of Laele in the run-up to the release of her debut EP. It's a song about someone who completely loses herself in love and can't seem to pick up herself when the relationship ends. For Ella, the singer and writer of the song, its all about the question how independent you can stay in a relationship and how dependent you can be without it becoming self-destructive.

Born in NY and raised in Westwood, NJ, Nate Ouellette made his mind up from an early age that he was going to be a star. His father was a composer so music was always in his household. He began writing in middle school but always kept it to himself. It wasn’t until his sophomore year in high school that he began taking his talent more seriously. He began connecting with local artists and producers and sharing song ideas, eventually recording some of them but only to show friends and family. When they took to his skills and sound, he realized that his dream of being a big artist might actually become more of reality than he ever imagined.

Recently, he began working on a new, original sound. This unique blend of feel good pop and soul has opened the door to many opportunities coming his way. With a few records under his belt and his following slowly beginning to climb, the soon to be high school graduate has begun the process to stardom. He is focused on not only becoming a staple in the music industry but also bringing it home to his family as they are the most important thing to him. Nate's unwillingness to give up and his desire to succeed is undeniably apparent. Genre-Fluid BexX is set to release their new single ‘A Girl With Love To Share’ on Feb 18th followed by the debut EP: ‘On To Bigger Things’ on March 25th.

Hailing from Bristol, BexX is an artist who has broken through their own fear and said “I’ll do it anyway”, and launched as a Non-Binary artist in 2020 with the release of “I’m Still There’, ‘Love Chooses You’ and ‘All That You Dream’ - Featuring Lady Nade, which gained plaudits on BBC Bristol’s Upload as Track of The Week, Trans Radio UK, Medway Pride Radio and BuzzMusic.

‘On To Bigger Things’ is a collection of four songs that explore Vulnerability, Growth, Acceptance and Self-Love. The first single ‘A Girl With Love To Share’ - Feat. Svenja Behle will be released on Feb 18th followed by a video Premiere (March 2nd)

The story portrays an inspiring trail of experience about leaving behind one’s insecurities, overcoming mindset blocks and going against the grain to achieve the things that really matter in life.

With a long-held passion for helping others discover their own voices, BexX has always lent their talent and music to those that felt insecure or too afraid to speak up.
