"Relationships get complicated. I like to write about everything I or people around me experience. Promises captures that point in a relationship when you are no longer prepared to take what the other person throws your way. You're done and you've had it.
I always write lyrics first as I like to focus on the story I want to tell. Promises is part of my debut album Caught Up that tells the story of relationships from the beginning till the end. From head over heels to heart break and despair."
