“An unusual, expressive Progressive Rock track that attracts attention from the very beginning. Such a variety of arrangement and endless flow of instrumental parts, like a raging ocean, does not let you get bored. All you want to do is listen to every beat in order to fully absorb all the energy of this piece!”

Additional information/sources for Residuos Mentales – A Series of Self-Correcting Errors

Residuos Mentales is a studio project from Athens, Greece consisting of Stratos Morianos (keyboards, also member of Verbal Delirium) and Alexandros Mantas (guitars, flute) which was formed back in 2012. After putting together material intensively for four years, they ended up with abundant instrumental stuff, part of which was included in their debut album entitled “Introspection” released in digital form on the 28th of August 2018 and the physical one (CD) came out four months later on 14th of December. It was cinematic music, coupled with elements from Greek and electronic music, 70s progressive rock and anything else they deemed that would work well found its place in this endeavour. When Introspection was released, they delved into their previous, proggier and less acoustic material and began recording their second album (although the songs pre-existed Introspection). It took them five years to feel pleased with the final result and their conscience to give the green light. After the completion of the album, they signed to OOB Records and A Temporary State of Bliss was released on the 27th of October, 2023.

Lyrics of Kid Tigrrr – Dinosaur

Don’t hide away
These walls are cages, you’ll see someday
Please be patient with me
I’m not OK in the bed we made
And the weight is starting to take shape
The weight, the weight
is starting to be more than I can take

Where’s the bright side now?

Your apartment floor is stacked with art
but the walls are decked in holes
And there’s so much more that needs repair
but it’s an inside job…
And I hope it’s starting to take form
And I know it’s starting to weigh in
like a dinosaur

Where’s the bright side now?

“Dreamy atmosphere and amazing layering of sounds creates very nostalgic vibe within the songs. Beautiful vocal just fits so well as songs progresses. Beautiful mixture of 80’s sounds, synth wave and pop. Even the production have that old school feeling, signature style, that will fill your head with nostalgia.”

Lyrics of Tiger La Flor – rope bunny

you’re cloud 9 fine kinda my weakness
7 heaven minutes kinda love
crave your dior cologne
when i’m at home alone
swore you’re sent from above
you’re cherry wine fine got me addicted
hard-hitting extra-vicious kinda bad
i want to hear your french
talk that bad romance
a lonely hearts club band
hit it ‘darlin

tie me up honey
i got what you need
i could be the rope bunny honey of your dreams
kiss me hard sugar
sweet like whipped cream
wanna be your rope bunny honey make a scene

you’re lemon drop hot got me melting
hit me like a dallas heat wave
take your coffee black
take your exes back
you make a bad girl pray
i mean it ‘darlin

tie me up honey
i got what you need
i could be the rope bunny honey of your dreams
kiss me hard sugar
sweet like whipped cream
wanna be your rope bunny honey make a scene

trash my heart like a hotel room
can i get away with you?

tie me up honey
i got what you need
i could be the rope bunny honey of your dreams
kiss me hard sugar
sweet like whipped cream
wanna be your rope bunny honey make a scene

Mariela – Don’t Fence Me In | Rock music review

“The flow of the rhythm is so, so graceful. The guitar melody flows brilliantly, adding perfect part between verses and her amazing voice. Catchy tone of the song and her vocal quality will definitely stay with you long after the song is over. The choice of instrumentation was flawless, it wouldn’t have sounded better on anything else. ”

Lyrics of Mariela – Don’t Fence Me In

On the way to who I wanna be
Gotta be
It’s a part of me
Never wanna leave behind
The girl inside
Don’t close her eyes
Whatcha gonna find is there’s still time
Chin up now
Don’t draw that line

Can you say what the future holds
I don’t know
Comes fast and slow
All of the pieces that I can’t control
Can I let them go
All the little lies that I’ve been told
Crashing like waves to break my bones
Can I hold on

Don’t fence me in
All this time that I’ve been hiding
I can’t pretend
It’s not the end
We both know it
As the tears fall down my face
Hit the gas
Don’t hit the breaks
Don’t fence me in

Don’t fence me in
Don’t fence me in
I finally found it buried deep down
On my feet and I’m coming out now
Don’t fence me In

Trying everything to open up
Give you love
But it’s not enough
Can I ever get a little bit back for me
Something I can keep
Girl, this isn’t love I have to leave
I hope one day that you’ll come find me
But I can’t hold on

Don’t fence me in
All this time that I’ve been hiding
I can’t pretend
It’s not the end
We both know it
As the tears fall down my face
Hit the gas
Don’t hit the breaks
Don’t fence me in

Don’t fence me in
Don’t fence me in
I finally found it buried deep down
On my feet and I’m coming out now
Don’t fence me In
