"Careful" is an exciting new single off Devon's empowered EP, Sitting Up Straight. The song is about knowing one's worth and being ready to walk away from a relationship. The EP is currently up over 200k streams on Spotify, and it has received some awesome editorial playlisting from Apple Music (New In Pop) and Tidal (Rising: Pop). Devon was able to celebrate the release with a livestream concert in partnership with Sam Ash Music Stores - check out the recap video here!
"The title of this EP comes from a line in the first song that says "Being with you is like sitting up straight, I just can't do it sometimes." I wrote these songs during a period of self-actualization, and I hope that they help provide feelings of hope and of empowerment to all who listen." ~ Devon
