“Vision” is the new track by Vincenzo Sorrentino, a cinematic and evocative journey that blends classical sensitivity with modern soundscapes. The piece is designed to spark imagination, like a soundtrack for dreams and inner reflections, where melody turns into pure emotion and vision.

When I was growing up
I didn’t see my daddy much
I had to find my own way, and set my path
But I was luckier than most
My grandma brought me home
Raised me right and
Kept safe in that angel’s hands
Oh, there ain’t nothing better in this world
Than seeing the light that shines in every girl
‘Cause mothers and daughters made me who I am
Oh there’s nothin like a woman
to bring the best out of a man
I’ve made my share of mistakes
Took for granted this life she gave
I didn’t know what I had
Til the day god took her away
But then my auntie stepped in
and said your life is just beginning
Taught me to be stronger with a loving hand
Oh, there ain’t nothing better in this world
Than seeing the light that shines in the eyes of every girl
‘Cause mothers and daughters made me who I am
Oh there’s nothing like a woman
To bring the best out of a man
And when I met that girl who’d become my wife
I saw every woman who had shaped my life
Shining in her eyes
For the rest of our lives
Now that I have your hand
Laying here in mine
I’m dreaming of the things we’re gonna do in this life
You are brave and kind
Strong and free
And you’ll always be the woman bringing the best out of me
Oh
There ain’t nothing better in this world
Than seeing the light that shines in every girl
‘Cause mothers and daughters made me who I am
Oh there’s nothin like a woman
To bring the best out of a man

It’s dark in the days where the water waits
My hearts been damned, and theres no flow
I went to the date said I’d wait and I’d touch the hand of fate
But they said I’m low, Too low, and I should let it go
He said that the way to relate was to love enough
And my love was contained by the tall ships boom
But I loved you I loved you I loved you until you cried out,
because I’m too low, too low, and I should let it go
Cos all you have is time
And all I have is mine
Will you let me take you down?
The path to hell is paved with the sweetest sounds
Paved with the sweetest sounds
It’s dark in the days where the water waits
My hearts been damned, and theres no flow
I went to to date said I’d wait and I’d touch the hand of fate
But they said I’m low, Too low, and I should let it go
I wanna wake up, wanna take up, wanna raise up, wanna meet you
There. You’re the starlight, youre the moon tonight, Wanna fly, wanna hear those loon lost cries
Cos all you have is time
And all I have is mine
Will you let me take you down?
The path to hell is paved with the sweetest sounds
Paved with the sweetest sounds

Everything was good as gold
You were warm in a world so cold
Every night was like a dream
But everything’s not what it seemed
There were signs
Then, there was hell
I was blind
Now I’m not my self
There were times
When there was love
Now, have we finally given up
Cuz I wish I could be
Anywhere but here
Doing anything but this
With anyone but you right now
I can’t take it anymore
No, this ain’t no way to live
We’re never gonna work it out
Everywhere around the globe
People meet then they give up hope
Every way that people can
They make mistakes
It’s a no mans land
Now I’m to blame
As much as you
It’s all the same
Just a cold hard truth
And it was real
But now its gone
This whole ordeal just can’t go on
Now I wish I could be
Anywhere but here
Doing anything but this
With anyone but you right now
I can’t take it anymore
This ain’t no way to live
We’re never gonna work it out
And, it’s such a bloody mess
No matter where I go
I gotta get away somehow
Cuz, I’d rather be anywhere but here right now
And I don’t know
When it all went wrong
There’s just no hope
We don’t get along
We only fight and take offense
But this is where the nightmare ends
And don’t you wanna be
Anywhere but here
Doing anything like this
With anyone but me right now
We can’t take it anymore
No, this ain’t no way to live
And we’re never gonna work it out
And, it’s such a bloody mess
No matter where we go
We gotta get away somehow
Don’t you wanna be anywhere but here
Anywhere but here right now
